We take great pride in ensuring your item will reach you in perfect condition, this is why we use tried and tested methods of delivery. Please thoroughly check all items whilst the delivery driver is still with you and write on the delivery docket of any damages. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. Please make sure your purchases will fit through doors and in rooms.
We will try our best to despatch your order within 1 working days (but this may vary during busy periods).

Small Items
Our Items are thoroughly inspected before despatch, however if you are unhappy with anything we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and it must returned within 5 days of receipt. Provided the item is undamaged and in its original condition we will happily refund the cost of the item. Interiors InVogue will not be held liable for any damage or faults NOT reported within 24 hours of receipt of delivery.
Extremely Fragile / Large Items
Some items are too fragile to be sent by our parcel courier and need more specialist care and are therefore delivered by our pallet service, but this is just to the front door (not room of choice). This is a 2 - 5 day serivice but will ensure your items(s) arrive in the condition you would expect from us. Damages/Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery, and receive a full refund. Please endeavour to carefully wrap the goods using the original packaging and return to us. We will replace the item with a new one as soon as possible. Some of our items are of an aged or antique style, therefore cracks and blemishes may be apparent on the item. Paint finishes may also vary this is not to be considered a fault.
