Catherine Coupes - Set of 6

Lovely glasses

I received my Catherine coupes glasses quickly after order and I love them BUT, on immediate opening one of them was smashed, perhaps due to the box not being labelled fragile. Anyway, these things happen but it is the way that such problems are dealt with means a one star review. I immediately emailed to say what had happened and asked for another glass to be sent, no reply. I followed up with a phone call and then another call a few days later, each call I left a message. I sent a second email a week later, no reply. It has been nearly a month since I received the glasses and I have not had one single email or call from Interiors in vogue. Therefore I absolutely would not recommend ordering anything from them, very disappointing as the glasses are lovely.

I have called and emailed a number of times regarding my order, which was "retuned to sender" by DPD despite someone being home to receive the package. While I appreciate this is not your fault I have tried to communicate to arrange redelivery and had no way response to any contact attempts. Please respond to my calls and emails so I can get the item delivered.

Glasses delivered promptly with plenty of wrapping to stop breakages. We’re gifted as a Christmas present and my mum loved them!

We love the Catherine coupes. Perfect in every way and so easy to order. Thank you again.
